About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a global Technology & Infrastructure team responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving enterprise-grade platforms supporting business-critical systems.
In this role, you will work within a product-oriented environment, contributing to the stability, scalability, and modernization of hybrid infrastructure solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and service providers to ensure secure and high-performing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, estimate, and deliver infrastructure-related tasks independently
Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to clarify technical requirements
Deploy, manage, and support enterprise HCI platforms (Nutanix, VMware)
Maintain and optimize Microsoft-based environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server)
Support hybrid infrastructure environments (on-premise + Azure/AWS)
Ensure high standards of reliability, security, and operational excellence
Contribute to automation and scripting initiatives (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform)
Work with backup and data protection solutions (e.g., Commvault)
Support hardware platforms such as Lenovo ThinkSystem servers
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in deployment, management, and support of enterprise infrastructure platforms
Strong knowledge of HCI environments (Nutanix, VMware)
Experience with Windows Server (2012–2022), Active Directory, WSUS
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2014–2019)
Familiarity with backup solutions (e.g., Commvault)
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
Basic knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Azure Automation)
Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
Strong client-oriented mindset and ownership attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in international environments
Fluent English
