You will play a key role in building, operating, and continuously improving our cloud platform and automation capabilities.
Your mission is to enable scalable, secure, and compliant cloud adoption through everything-as-code, strong engineering practices, and deep integration between cloud services and existing enterprise systems. A key focus of the role is to continuously improve platform usability and developer experience. We strive to make the platform intuitive, well-documented, and easy to work with – so development teams can focus on delivering business value rather than dealing with complexity.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate the Enterprise Scale Foundation platform and CI/CD pipelines.
Improve platform usability, reliability, and developer experience.
Implement and manage Landing Zones, guardrails, and policy-as-code.
Develop automation using IaC, APIs, and reusable workflows.
Build integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., ITSM, identity, data).
Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met.
Collaborate with teams to drive platform improvements and enable self-service.
Requirements
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure (including operations).
Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills (Bicep, Terraform)
Knowledge of CAF / Enterprise Scale best practices.
Understanding of security and compliance (preferably financial sector).Experience
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methods.
