Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

Proficiency in Service & Community Cloud, and expertise in Salesforce architecture, design, and integration technologies is essential. Roles and Responsibilities Developing Salesforce solutions and supporting other development team members. Managing and implementing technical designs aligned with business strategy. Ensuring the integrity and evolution of the Salesforce Services Solutions Technical Core Model. Presenting solution documentation to diverse audiences. Contributing to the delivery of core model evolution in line with business objectives. Supporting application rollouts and ensuring adherence to the core model. Validating the Salesforce B2B solution provided by the partner during the project implementation phase. Key Requirements Degree in engineering, preferably information technology or computer science. 7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystems. Mandatory Salesforce certification (Platform Builder I). Working experience in Service & Community Cloud. Experience with Salesforce architecture, design, integration technologies (including Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, SOA), Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Release Migration Tool. Knowledge of SaFe Framework, GIT, IBM ALM, Boomi, or any ETL is an added advantage. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Knowledge of additional integration tools and methodologies. Experience in agile methodologies. Familiarity with Salesforce best practices.
