Key Requirements Degree in engineering, preferably information technology or computer science. 7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystems. Mandatory Salesforce certification (Platform Builder I). Working experience in Service & Community Cloud. Experience with Salesforce architecture, design, integration technologies (including Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, SOA), Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Release Migration Tool. Knowledge of SaFe Framework, GIT, IBM ALM, Boomi, or any ETL is an added advantage. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Knowledge of additional integration tools and methodologies. Experience in agile methodologies. Familiarity with Salesforce best practices.
