Your daily tasks will include:
Act as a role model for leadership by guiding and developing Developers, including Tech Owners and Tech Leads, while fostering a stream culture built on collaboration, trust, and continuous growth.
Ensure sufficient availability, capacity, and skill coverage within the Stream to meet current and future project demands.
Assess staffing levels, identify capacity gaps, and recommend staffing adjustments where needed.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, People & Culture, and other Stream Leaders to align planning activities and coordinate resource needs.
Build and maintain teams with the right skill mix based on business and client requirements.
Lead with empathy and trust, supporting collaboration, psychological safety, and individual growth.
Support employee performance through regular 1:1s, goal setting, transparent feedback, and fair performance reviews.
Participate in presales activities by assigning available specialists to upcoming engagements in line with project needs and allocation processes.
Represent the Stream in operational discussions related to resource planning, delivery capabilities, and team-related matters.
Facilitate two-way communication by sharing organizational updates and providing structured team feedback to leadership.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of specialist expertise by supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives and communities of practice.
Drive capability building and skill development within the Stream by identifying development needs and growth opportunities.
Be accountable for the Stream’s performance, including billability and chargeability, in cooperation with the Head of Delivery.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring decisions and with local People & Culture teams on compensation matters.
