About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (.NET / C#) to join a cross-functional product team working with complex digital services and large-scale system integrations. This role goes far beyond coding — you will play a key role in analyzing new features, shaping technical solutions, and taking ownership of backend services across the product lifecycle. The backend team is deeply involved in architectural discussions, refinement sessions, operational support, and collaboration across multiple systems and teams. We are looking for someone proactive, communicative, and technically strong, who enjoys solving complex challenges and contributing to product development from both technical and business perspectives.
Your Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using C# and .NET.
Analyze new features and help define technical solutions together with frontend developers and other stakeholders.
Take ownership of backend services, including maintenance, operational stability, and incident handling.
Collaborate closely with multiple teams and systems in a complex microservices-based environment.
Participate actively in refinement sessions, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
Support and mentor junior developers when needed.
Contribute to CI/CD processes, testing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work proactively, ask questions, and contribute with solution-oriented ideas.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.
