As a Mid-Level Angular Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in financial technology, driving transformative changes to customer service systems across branches and partner locations. You will contribute to an ambitious project focused on integrating new platforms, refactoring existing solutions, and implementing cutting-edge business requirements related to OneAML and KYC processes for both individual and corporate clients. This is a long-term development journey, paving the way for continuous innovation and professional growth.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and enhance high-volume, complex systems using Angular and JavaScript.
• Drive integration efforts with new platforms, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.
• Refactor legacy codebases for efficiency, performance, and maintainability following Agile methodologies.
• Implement new features aligned with evolving business requirements, including KYC and OneAML compliance.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools such as Github Copilot to boost productivity and code quality.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous delivery processes.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 3–5 years of commercial experience in Angular development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and Angular (version 21 preferred).
• Proven experience working within Agile teams and methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools supporting software development, like Github Copilot.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience with Java 21, Camunda, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of financial industry compliance systems and related processes.
• Certification in Agile/Scrum or related frameworks.

Language Required for the role:

• Good command of Polish and communicative English.
