At Limango IT, you’ll have the chance to apply your ideas and expertise to improve customer service and order management for the German, Polish, and Dutch markets.
You’ll work with a modern technology stack, including cloud-based solutions, service-oriented architecture, and event-driven communication. Additionally, you’ll join an established international agile team comprising experienced developers, a dedicated Product Owner, and a QA engineer.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
Help build an internal Mobile Product Team’s quality practice from scratch; define and own how quality is measured and delivered.
Observe the team, identify real quality gaps and inefficiencies, and drive pragmatic, incremental improvements.
Work closely with developers, product and tech leadership to embed quality into the development lifecycle.
Introduce structured, context-aware quality processes (shift-left testing, release readiness, risk-based approaches).
Design and grow test automation and CI/CD quality checks when the team is ready.
Participate in design/code reviews, flaky test mitigation, and create lightweight quality metrics.
Act as a Quality Engineer owning outcomes and coaching the team, not only executing test cases.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Proven QA / Quality Engineer experience within mobile app product teams (Mid level, strong).
Broad understanding of software quality beyond test execution: processes, risk, ownership.
Hands-on experience with test automation; experience setting up automation frameworks from scratch is a strong plus.
Comfortable working in an evolving environment; pragmatic and context-driven.
Strong communication skills and ability to challenge decisions constructively.
