Senior Application Consultant / Tech Lead (Guidewire ClaimCenter)

100% Remote (optional office: Wrocław or Warsaw)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Consultant / Tech Lead to join a skilled Development Team working on both new product development and the maintenance of existing solutions. In this role, you will be involved in the full software lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of high‑performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire ClaimCenter-based applications

• Take technical ownership and provide guidance within the development team

• Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full SDLC

• Ensure high code quality through best engineering practices and automated testing

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer

• Strong knowledge of Gosu and SQL

• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  (e.g. Git, Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including:

  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

  • Functional programming

  • Concurrency

  • Design patterns

• Proven ability to design and scale high‑performance, optimized applications
