Project / Role Design and develop scalable applications using C# and .NET technologies Build customer-facing solutions supporting complex workflows and high-volume data processing Create and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and automated business logic Contribute to application architecture and ensure adherence to clean coding principles Support data migration and management initiatives Collaborate closely with business and technical teams using Agile delivery practices Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and Microsoft .NET technologies Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles (KISS, DRY, SOLID) Experience developing end-to-end applications, from backend services to user-facing functionality Knowledge of data integration, transformation, and automation processes Experience with MS SQL Server and relational databases Familiarity with Scrum, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to have: Experience in banking or financial services projects Exposure to risk management domains such as market, liquidity, or credit risk Knowledge of Databricks and modern data platforms What do we offer?
