About the team:
We are looking for a Testing Support professional to manage and resolve incidents raised by business partners related to testing activities within test environments. This role involves owning incidents end to end and driving them to resolution.
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a willingness to learn applications and understand how they integrate to support business processes. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires clearly explaining issues and resolutions to business stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities include:
Assisting with incidents reported through coordinated test activities by Change Management, project teams as well as the client;
Address reported incidents by engaging Systems teams to help triage and resolve the incident;
Provide clear communication of incident resolution back to the business team reporting the issue;
Assist in daily wellness checks of the test environment to ensure testing readiness;
Assist in the preparation of test environments to support testing, and minimize incidents;
Maintain incident database using Jira to track issue resolution and provide solution for future cases in a timely manner;
Maintain databases, and support reports as needed;
Willingness to learn web page test automation.
