This position suits a proactive, goal-oriented QA engineer with strong ownership and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate has a "QA champion" outlook, confidently tests interfaces, data management systems, and system integrations. They identify risks early, question unclear requirements, improve QA approaches, and enhance product quality beyond basic test execution.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to define test scope, risks, and coverage.

  • Design, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, checklists, and validation notes.

  • Test server-side, API, data storage, and integration-heavy functionality across digital purse, transaction, reward, account, and transaction-related flows.

  • Test complex logical flows, business rules, edge cases, and end-to-end scenarios across multiple services and system components.

  • Report defects clearly and support investigation with developers, DB engineers, analysts, and product stakeholders.

  • Participate in iterative development meetings aligned with Scrum and contribute to QA process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing.

  • Strong experience with backend, API, database, and integration testing.

  • Basic knowledge with AI tools for QA activities.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, logs analysis, API tools, and data validation.

  • Ability to analyze requirements, recognize risks, define test coverage, and work independently.

  • Good interpersonal skills, English level B2+, and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

  • Experience using agentic AI to analyse requirements, identify risks, build test scenarios, broaden fringe situations, and validate business flows before release
