Senior Syndigo Developer (B2B)

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Syndigo developer with a strong background in enterprise product data platforms who wants to drive and evolve modern commerce ecosystems.

You will contribute to building and scaling our Product Information Management and Master Data Management capabilities at OBI Smart Technologies Poland, working across a complex commerce landscape including Syndigo, VTEX, Mirakl and surrounding enterprise systems. You act as a technical bridge between business stakeholders, product teams and engineering, ensuring scalable, high-quality product data solutions across the platform.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop and maintain Syndigo-based solutions and integrations within our enterprise commerce ecosystem.

• Translate business processes and requirements into scalable, maintainable and high-quality product data solutions.

• Design and implement Syndigo functionality including configuration, integrations, automation, data models and product onboarding workflows.

• Develop scalable product onboarding, enrichment and syndication processes supporting large-scale retail operations.

• Integrate Syndigo into a modern commerce landscape based on VTEX, Mirakl and surrounding enterprise systems.

• Act as a key technical interface between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects and engineering teams, supporting solution design and backlog refinement.

• Drive engineering best practices, architectural consistency and continuous improvement while supporting troubleshooting and operational excellence of the platform.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field and Active Syndigo certification(s).

• Several years of professional experience working with Syndigo solutions in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of Product Information Management, Master Data Management and enterprise product data ecosystems.

• Experience working within enterprise eCommerce and marketplace environments such as VTEX and Mirakl.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations, API-driven architectures, and Syndigo implementation including configuration, automation and data models.

• Solid programming background in Java and/or JavaScript or TypeScript combined with experience in REST APIs, JSON, XML and distributed or cloud-native systems

• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish and availability to work in a hybrid mode with 1–2 office visits per week.
