Our Client is looking for a Product Manager to join its Integrated Data Solutions team in Gdańsk. In this role, you will own selected areas of a global aviation data platform — from discovery and roadmap definition through delivery and continuous optimization.

You will work on mission-critical data products used by airlines, pilots and flight operations teams worldwide. The role combines product strategy, customer discovery, analytics and close collaboration with engineering teams building modern cloud-based solutions delivered in a SaaS / DaaS model.

The team is looking for someone who is customer-focused, analytical and comfortable working in a highly technical environment with cross-functional international teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Own selected product areas from discovery to delivery and ongoing optimization

  • Define product vision, roadmap, priorities and success metrics

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage trends and market insights

  • Identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement

  • Write product requirements, epics and user stories

  • Work closely with engineering teams on scope, trade-offs and delivery planning

  • Support go-to-market activities together with product marketing and customer-facing teams

  • Monitor KPIs related to adoption, retention, engagement and business impact

  • Drive product improvements based on customer and business feedback

  • Communicate product direction, roadmap updates and priorities to stakeholders

  • Participate in customer meetings, industry events and market analysis initiatives

Ideal candidate profile

  • 3–7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, DaaS or software products

  • Experience owning a product roadmap or product area end-to-end

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams

  • Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints and business priorities

  • Experience using product analytics and customer feedback in decision-making

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Professional level of English

Nice to have

  • Experience with aviation, data platforms or enterprise software products

  • Experience with pricing, packaging or monetization models

  • Background in user research, business analysis or product analytics

  • Experience supporting go-to-market launches
