QA Engineer

We’re looking for two QA Engineers who care about product quality end-to-end. You’ll join one of our products - TradeZella or Mailtrap - and focus on how the product works in real conditions: testing functionality, investigating edge cases, and resolving complex issues together with engineering, product, and support teams.
Both roles share the same core expectations around quality ownership, debugging, and collaboration. The difference lies in product-specific focus areas outlined below:
• Mailtrap is a fast-growing Email Delivery Platform used for email testing and sending.
• TradeZella is a Trading journaling and educational platform, which requires the entire team to be passionate about the trading domain, as well as extended UX testing skills.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Testing & QA expertise (common for both roles)
Strong experience with manual testing and end-to-end validation
Experience in investigating customer issues and performing root cause analysis
