Communicating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Requirements Minimum 8 years of professional experience in .NET development, demonstrating a senior-level mindset and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with C# , the Azure cloud ecosystem, and CosmosDB . Practical experience in using modern AI tools in daily software development and a willingness to promote these practices. Fluency in English to ensure seamless communication with US managers and developers. Flexibility to align with US working hours, specifically attending daily meetings between 17:00 and 19:00 CET. You need to live in Poland and/or be eligible to work here. Nice to have: Background or interest in Electrical Engineering. General understanding of testing practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control. Knowledge in TypeScript or JavaScript.
