QA Engineer (US Time Zone Overlap)

Working as a QA Engineer you will:

  • Design and implement automated unit and integration tests for new and modified software components.

  • Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) across the entire application ecosystem.

  • Support UAT processes led by the US team by setting up testing environments, preparing data, and performing initial triage on reported issues.

  • Configure, maintain, and validate quality assurance environments.

  • Run regression tests following each deployment to ensure system stability.

  • Analyze static code analysis (SAST/ARR) reports and collaborate with developers to remediate identified vulnerabilities and bugs.

  • Document defects, track their lifecycle, and verify fixes directly in the production environment.

Qualifications

  • AI-driven workflow as a core approach, demonstrating daily hands-on experience using tools like Cursor or Claude Code for test creation, log analysis, and test case generation.
  • Solid background in test automation (unit and integration levels) utilizing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Pytest, or equivalents.
  • Proven experience in web application testing, specifically focusing on state-driven UI logic, complex user journeys, and role-based access control.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines from a QA perspective, including pipeline triggering, test reporting, and pre-deployment validation.
  • Effective English communication skills for precise bug reporting and seamless UAT collaboration with stakeholders in the United States.
  • Availability to overlap working hours until 1:00 PM CDT/CST (which translates to 20:00 CET / 21:00 CEST).

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with static code analysis tools, including SAST and pipeline linting integrations.
  • Experience in testing AI/ML features, handling non-deterministic outputs, and conducting visual regression testing.
  • Practical knowledge of testing canvas-based or diagramming applications.
  • Background working within enterprise-grade environments featuring structured UAT and formal code acceptance workflows.
