About the Role:
This is a professional-level, high-impact position within the Product Reliability Engineering (PRE) team. As a PRE System Analyst, you will be the backbone of our critical, highly available applications powering Value Added Services. You won’t just “keep the lights on”—you will drive availability, reduce latency, optimize performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
You will be hands-on in change management, proactive monitoring, incident detection, root cause analysis, and implementing permanent, game-changing solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate across Systems, Database, Engineering, Product Development, Clients, Risk, and other Technology teams.
Participate in capacity planning and design reviews to identify and close gaps in supportability and system resiliency.
Go beyond routine support: bring your creative curiosity and technical experience every day to build custom dashboards, intelligent alerts, audits, and innovative solutions that prevent issues before they happen.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
2+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in Production Support within a distributed team environment.
