Fullstack Developer (Java + React) Greenfield Project

We are launching a greenfield application built entirely from scratch in close collaboration with a dedicated business team. The project is delivered in an Agile environment with a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and high-quality software development.

English is the primary working language and is used daily during meetings, workshops, and project discussions.

As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role not only in delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable code, but also in shaping a high-quality user experience on the frontend side. You will actively contribute to requirement analysis, transforming business needs into user stories, and delivering fully tested end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop fullstack solutions (backend and frontend) within a greenfield project

• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend services

• Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and define user stories

• Deliver end-to-end functionalities together with automated tests

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and planning sessions

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements

Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with Java 17+ (senior level)

• 4+ years of experience with React

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot

• Good knowledge of JPA / Hibernate

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)

Nice-to-have Skills & Experience

• Selenium

• Liquibase (database versioning)

• Maven

• Cucumber for automated testing

Work Model

• Hybrid model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
