Senior Fullstack Engineer

6,000 - 8,500 USD

Warsaw, Poland

Kyper - Fully remote, B2B

Kyper is the agentic downtime partner for heavy industry. Mining and oil & gas operators lose millions every hour to unplanned downtime. Our product surfaces ML signals, time-series data, and assembled context to four very different users - technicians on the plant floor, reliability engineers, ops managers, and VPs. None of them have time for clunky software. We need a fullstack engineer who builds that product end-to-end.

Don't apply if

  • You only do frontend, or only do backend, and want to keep it that way.

  • You'd rather stay away from databases, pipelines, or anything that smells like data engineering.

  • You have not shipped to production with real users.

  • You have never set up monitoring, logs, or alerts for code you wrote. If you ship it, you watch it.

  • You prefer detailed designs and tickets before you start moving.

  • Your AI tooling stops at chat interfaces and basic IDE autocomplete.

  • You need a fixed 9-to-5. Customers span Japan to Alaska, so we trade strict hours for flexibility on both ends.

  • You want long planning cycles before you write code. We move faster than that.

The role

You are comfortable with data-heavy applications. You understand how data pipelines and ML systems feed the product, and you can build the layers on top: APIs, services, UI, and the glue between them. You are not afraid of the database, not afraid of the frontend, and you know where the bottlenecks usually hide.

What you'll do

  • Build customer-facing features end-to-end: React / TypeScript frontend, NestJS and Python (FastAPI) services on the backend.

  • Wire the product into ML and data pipelines so model outputs become usable workflows.

  • Own performance and reliability for data-intensive views: aggregations, time-series, large object sets.

  • Make pragmatic architectural calls. Refactor when it pays back, leave it alone when it doesn't.

  • Work directly with ML, product, and customers to ship features that actually move metrics.

You bring

  • 4+ years of commercial fullstack experience shipping production software with real users.

  • Strong TypeScript / React on the frontend.

  • Solid NestJS and Python (FastAPI) on the backend. We use both, you should be willing to work across them.

  • Proven experience with data-heavy applications: pipelines, ETL, streaming, analytical queries, or ML output integration.

  • Working understanding of how data engineering and machine learning pipelines feed product surfaces. You do not need to be the ML or data engineer, but you do need to speak the language.

Bonus

  • Time-series stores (TimescaleDB, ClickHouse, InfluxDB) or columnar warehouses.

  • Industrial / IoT data, operational dashboards, or alerting interfaces.

  • Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) and basic IaC.

You will fit Kyper if you

  • Are productive with AI code agents and modern AI-assisted development workflows. If you have never built a Claude Code skill or subagent, set up an MCP server, run a personal knowledge system like Obsidian, or chained AI tools into a real workflow, your AI usage is probably too basic for what we need.

  • Move fast, learn fast, and adapt quickly.

  • Can take ideas and POCs all the way to production. This is a must-have skill.

  • Are willing to dive into whatever challenges are needed to get things done.

How we work

You will ship product that industrial operators use every day, in real plants and mines. Short feedback loops, direct customer contact, and no layers between you and the work. We optimize for shipping and learning.

Our customers are world-class at heavy industry. They know their plants, their failure modes, and their operations cold. They are typically not deep on data, software, or computer science. That means the spec you need will not arrive on a silver platter. You will have to read between the lines, ask the right questions, and translate operational reality into product.

Fully remote on a B2B contract. Quarterly team co-locations in Warsaw. Customers span Japan to Alaska, so the occasional early or late call comes with the role. The trade is real flexibility on the rest of your time.

7,500 - 10,500 USD

🏢 Summary: Senior cloud infrastructure role owning a multi-cloud, production-grade platform for heavy-industry customers, focusing on secure on-prem to cloud data integration and reliable Kubernetes-based deployments. The position requires end-to-end responsibility for infrastructure, networking, security, and CI/CD across diverse customer environments. Fully remote B2B role with high autonomy and direct impact on production systems. 🗂️ Requirements: 5+ years commercial experience in cloud, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, Production experience with real customer-facing systems, Deep knowledge of Terraform, Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Hands-on experience with at least two of: GCP, AWS, Azure, Strong networking knowledge (VPCs, peering, VPN, private interconnect), Strong security expertise (IAM, secrets management, zero-trust), Experience with on-prem to cloud integration, Ability to design secure data ingestion architectures, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Strong scripting skills in Python or Go, Experience handling production incidents end-to-end, Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting, Ability to work across different cloud providers (cloud-agnostic approach), Availability for occasional on-call or out-of-hours incidents 📃 Skills: Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, Azure, Python, Go, CI/CD, VPC, VPN, IAM, Interconnect, DirectConnect, ExpressRoute, SCADA, OPCUA, MQTT, VertexAI, SageMaker, MLflow, Ray, Spark, SOC2, ISO27001 🏢 Description: Kyper - Fully remote, B2B Kyper is the agentic downtime partner for heavy industry. Mining and oil & gas operators lose millions every hour to unplanned downtime - our platform stops it. We read from customer historians, SCADA, CMMS, and OEM systems, run continuous anomaly detection on top, and draft results back into the workflows the customer already uses. That platform runs across multiple customer environments. We need someone who owns it. Don't apply if Your production experience is mostly dev or staging clusters. You prefer to wait for tickets rather than push improvements unprompted. You are loyal to one cloud and dismissive of the others. You have never been on-call or owned a production incident end-to-end. Your AI tooling stops at chat interfaces and basic IDE autocomplete. You need a fixed 9-to-5. Customers span Japan to Alaska, so we trade strict hours for flexibility on both ends. You expect a senior infra team above you to make the hard calls. We are small - this role is the senior infra perspective. The role You are cloud-agnostic by reflex. You stand up environments, you keep them healthy, you make them cheap, and you make them reproducible. You think in Terraform and Kubernetes, but you do not religious-war the cloud. You pick the right tool for the customer and the workload, then ship it. Networking and security are core to this job, not afterthoughts. Our customers run heavy-industry infrastructure with strict OT/IT boundaries, isolated networks, on-prem historians, and varied appetite for cloud. You will walk into a customer's environment, understand their reality, and propose how their data gets from their servers to ours - securely, reliably, and in a way their IT and compliance teams will actually approve. You will defend that architecture in front of customer engineers who know their network better than you ever will. You will be the person who decides how Kyper's platform is run. That is a lot of leverage and a lot of responsibility. What you'll do Stand up production-grade environments across GCP, AWS, and Azure for new customer deployments. Own infrastructure as code: Terraform modules, Kubernetes manifests, CI/CD, secrets, networking, security posture. Design and propose customer data ingestion architectures: on-prem to cloud connectivity, secure transport, identity, firewalling, network segmentation. You sit in customer calls and you draw the diagram their IT will sign off on. Build the deployment workflows that let ML and product engineers ship without waiting on you. Monitor, observe, and harden: logs, metrics, alerts, cost controls, security baselines, incident response. Push toward cloud-agnostic patterns where they pay back, and pragmatic single-cloud choices where they don't. You bring 5+ years of commercial cloud / DevOps / SRE / platform engineering experience in environments with real customers and real consequences. Deep Terraform, deep Kubernetes, fluent in at least two of GCP / AWS / Azure. Strong networking and security: VPCs, peering, VPN, private interconnect (Interconnect / Direct Connect / ExpressRoute), IAM at scale, secrets management, zero-trust patterns. This is non-negotiable for the role. Real on-prem to cloud integration experience. You have shipped data from a customer's datacenter into a cloud platform and you can defend the trade-offs of every option (site-to-site VPN, dedicated interconnect, message queue bridge, agent + push, secure file drop). Comfort sitting in front of a customer's IT, OT, and security teams and proposing a data-shipping architecture they will actually approve. Experience running production workloads under load, not just dev clusters. Strong scripting (Python or Go), CI/CD-first mindset, bias toward simple and observable systems. Bonus ML / data platform experience: Vertex AI, SageMaker, MLflow, Ray, Spark on Kubernetes. Industrial / OT exposure: PLCs, SCADA, historians, OPC UA, MQTT, ISA-95, Purdue model. Compliance experience: SOC 2, ISO 27001, or sector-specific (NERC CIP, IEC 62443). FinOps mindset and proven cost reductions you can point to. You will fit Kyper if you Are productive with AI code agents and modern AI-assisted development workflows. If you have never built a Claude Code skill or subagent, set up an MCP server, run a personal knowledge system like Obsidian, or chained AI tools into a real workflow, your AI usage is probably too basic for what we need. Move fast, learn fast, and adapt quickly. Can take ideas and POCs all the way to production. This is a must-have skill. Are willing to dive into whatever challenges are needed to get things done. How we work You will own the platform layer end-to-end. No dedicated SRE team behind you, no waiting on a central infra group. The autonomy is real, and the impact is direct. Our customers are world-class at heavy industry, not at cloud or modern software. Their IT and OT environments reflect that history - varied, sometimes legacy, sometimes locked down, sometimes wide open in surprising places. The information you need about their networks, constraints, and quirks will not arrive neatly documented. You will have to dig it out. Fully remote on a B2B contract. Quarterly team co-locations in Warsaw. Customers span Japan to Alaska, and production doesn't watch the clock - the occasional out-of-hours call or incident comes with the role. The trade is real flexibility on the rest of your time.

Fullstack Developer (React+Node)

Warsaw, Poland

20,000 - 26,000 PLN/mo

🏢 Summary: Backend-heavy Fullstack Engineer role focused on building and scaling a cyber risk reporting platform used by US MSPs. The position centers on designing and owning Node/NestJS backend systems, including integrations, job queues, and data modeling, within a fast-paced product environment. You will work closely with a small, autonomous team shipping features every sprint using AI-assisted development tools. 🗂️ Requirements: Minimum 2 years commercial backend experience in Node.js or NestJS, Production experience designing schemas and writing database migrations, Hands-on experience building and debugging job queues, Experience integrating third-party APIs on the backend, Solid knowledge of TypeScript, Working experience with React, Practical experience with PostgreSQL, Practical experience with Redis, Experience using Docker, Use of AI development tools, Fluent English, Availability to work evening hours aligned with US (UTC-6) team 📃 Skills: Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, BullMQ, TypeORM, Auth0, Swagger, Express, Fastify, ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, Microsoft365, GoogleWorkspace 🏢 Description: We're The Digital Bunch, a cross-disciplinary digital consultancy with offices in Warsaw, Riyadh, Sydney, and London. We combine strategy, design, and technology to help companies grow. Software development is one of our core verticals, and we embed with product companies long-term as part of their engineering teams. This role is for our work on a cyber risk reporting platform. The product scans networks, endpoints, and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), checks breach databases, and generates risk reports with an AI layer on top for analysis and recommendations. The reports are sold to MSPs in the US who use them to show clients where they stand on security. It's cyber tooling, nothing else. The platform has been live for 5+ years, was acquired last year by a larger company (100+ people), and is actively growing. New features ship every sprint. The codebase is mature but moves fast. You'd join a small team on our side: our CTO and one other developer. On the client side in Dallas there's a PM, QA, support, and two engineers, plus people from the parent company who rotate in when needed. Flat setup, a lot of independence. We write code with Cursor and Claude Code every day. Not as a gimmick, that's how we actually work. If you're already using AI tooling, good. If not, you'll pick it up in the first week. ⚠️ Read this first, this is a backend-heavy role Most of the interesting work lives on the server: job queues, third-party integrations, data modeling, async scans, report generation. The frontend matters, but it's not where you'll spend most of your time. If your experience is mostly React with some REST calls, this isn't the right role. We need someone who's actually built and owned Node/NestJS backends in production, schemas, queues, integrations, migrations, the whole thing. We're happy to consider someone with ~2 years of experience if those two years are genuinely backend-heavy. We're not happy to consider 6 years of frontend with a skills-list backend section. ⏰ Working hours, read this too The client team is in Dallas, Texas (UTC-6). You need to be available in the evenings: - Daily standups happen between 19:00–21:00 Polish time, 30–45 minutes - Monday planning runs at 23:00 Polish time - The rest of the day is yours. Most people work something like 12:00–20:00 or 14:00–21:00 - No weekends, no on-call If you can't do evenings, this isn't the right fit. Wanted to be upfront about that. 📌 The work You'll ship features across the full stack, weighted toward the backend: NestJS on the server, PostgreSQL and Redis underneath, React on the frontend. The backend integrates with 15+ external services (breach intelligence APIs, cloud provider APIs, PSA systems like ConnectWise), runs BullMQ job queues, and uses TypeORM and Auth0. There's always something new to wire up. About 10% of your time goes to triaging production issues reported by customers. That's engineering debugging, not answering support tickets. Small team means you have real input into what gets built and how. Nobody's handing you pixel-perfect Jira tickets. We ship behind feature flags, get it in front of users fast, and iterate. If you're the type who spends three weeks perfecting architecture before writing a line of code, this isn't your pace. First-day commits. Our CTO onboards you personally, but we expect you shipping from the start. 👉 What we're looking for - At least 2 years of commercial backend work in Node.js / NestJS (or a close equivalent, Express or Fastify with real production ownership). We'll ask about it. - You've designed schemas, written migrations, debugged queues, and integrated third-party APIs, not just consumed them from a frontend - Solid TypeScript and React. You don't need to be a CSS wizard, you need to be comfortable moving across the stack - Hands-on with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker - You use AI tools for development (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, whatever works for you) - Fluent English, spoken and written. You're on daily video calls with Americans - Actually okay with working late Polish hours (see above) - Self-directed. Nobody assigns you tasks step by step 👍 Bonus points - Worked in cybersecurity, SOC/SIEM tooling, or compliance before - Know your way around BullMQ, TypeORM, Auth0, or Swagger codegen - Built integrations with PSA systems (ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya) or MSP-facing tooling - Worked with US-based teams or in product companies 🚫 Probably not for you if - Your CV lists React/Next/Tailwind projects and the backend section is a skills list with no project evidence - You've mostly consumed REST APIs, not built them - Your backend experience is a single side project or a bootcamp module - You want to spend most of your day on UI polish 🎉 What you get - 20,000–26,000 PLN net/month, B2B - Fully remote, or Warsaw office in central Warsaw (dogs welcome) - Long-term product work on a single platform, not project hopping - Latest hardware and tooling - Multisport card - Regular salary reviews - Referral bonuses 💃 Hiring process 1. Intro call with Alex (CTO). 15–30 min. We talk about the role, you ask questions, and we see if it makes sense for both sides. 2. Take-home task. Build a small full-stack app (React + NestJS). The NestJS side carries most of the weight. Capped at 2 hours. Use AI tools, we don't care how you get there, we care that it works and you understand it. 3. Live review. 60 min. You walk us through your code, we ask you to add a feature live (should take minutes with AI, not half an hour), then we talk architecture and how you think about systems. 4. Meet the client team. Short call with the Dallas side before we finalize.

Mid Full-Stack Engineer (React) — AgentX

Gdansk, Poland

🏢 Summary: Mid-level React/TypeScript Engineer role focused on building and owning production-grade frontend applications (dashboards, operator panels, customer apps) on top of AI agent systems. The position involves close collaboration with backend services and active use of AI coding tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code quality. You will take full ownership of features from design to deployment in a production environment with real users. 🗂️ Requirements: 3–5 years commercial experience in frontend development, Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Deep understanding of React and rendering lifecycle, Experience building scalable frontend architectures, Experience integrating with REST APIs and authentication systems, Ability to work with backend technologies (Node.js or Python), Experience with state management and data synchronization, Proficiency with Next.js, Experience working with MongoDB, Experience deploying or working with AWS, Ability to use AI coding tools critically and effectively 📃 Skills: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, Node.js, Python, MongoDB, AWS, REST, Claude, Cursor, MCP 🏢 Description: Who we are AgentX is a platform for building and running production AI agents - and a team that ships real systems on top of it for clients who need more than a demo. The platform is the infrastructure: orchestration, memory, tools, evals, deployment - the layer that makes agentic systems actually work in production. On top of it, we build end-to-end solutions for our clients. One of the systems running on AgentX today is KsięgoBoty - a multi-agent product used daily by hundreds of Polish accounting firms. Paying customers, production load, real consequences when something breaks. We're small, technical, AI-heavy, and we ship. Who we're looking for A solid React engineer who actually understands what's happening under the hood, and uses AI tools daily without outsourcing their brain to them. You'll join the team that owns the user-facing layer of our products: the dashboards, the operator panels, the customer-facing apps that sit on top of the agents. We need someone we can trust to take a feature, build it well, and ship it without it coming back broken three days later. This isn't a flashy role and we're not looking for a flashy person. We need craftsmanship. If you read a ticket and your first instinct is "what's the data model, what's the component structure, where does state actually live" - keep reading. If your first instinct is "I'll just vibe-code it with Cursor and hope the PR passes" - this isn't for you, and that's fine. What we mean by "good React engineer" You write TypeScript well: types help you, they don't slow you down You understand React deeply enough to debug a re-render problem without guessing You can structure a non-trivial frontend so it doesn't turn into a tangle in six months You've worked with a real backend: REST, auth, data sync, edge cases — and you can hold both ends of a feature in your head You read other people's code carefully and review like an adult: kindly, but honestly You are comfortable using AI tools daily, but you do not outsource your judgment to them You know how to check AI-generated code instead of trusting it because it “looks right” ~3–5 years of commercial experience is roughly where we expect this person to sit. Less is fine if you're sharp; more is fine if you actually want a Mid role. How we work with AI We use AI heavily. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, MCP, agent workflows: they're a normal part of how we work, the same way Git or Docker is. You'll be expected to use them the same way: not as a gimmick, not as a shortcut around understanding the codebase, but as leverage. That means: break work into clear chunks, guide the tools through implementation, review their output critically, fix what's wrong, and own the final result. You should be faster with these tools than without them - and you should know exactly where they're about to lie to you. AI doesn't turn a bad engineer into a good one. It just makes them ship faster, which is worse. So: We do not want people who only know how to prompt. We also do not want people who proudly refuse to use AI and treat it like autocomplete with better marketing. The right person sits in the middle: strong fundamentals, strong taste, strong ownership - multiplied by modern AI tooling. What you'll actually own Frontend, day-to-day. React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Next.js. Real product surfaces - operator dashboards, customer panels, internal tools that real people use to do real work. Fullstack when needed. You won't live exclusively in the frontend. Node/Python on the backend when a feature needs it - you don't have to be an expert, but you have to be willing. Quality. The thing you ship works, doesn't break the next thing, and doesn't make the codebase worse. We notice this. Working with the team. Code reviews, architecture decisions - we figure out the harder calls together. You're not coding in a vacuum. The stack TypeScript / React / Next.js · Tailwind · Node.js · Python (some) · MongoDB · AWS · Claude / Cursor / MCP for tooling. We don't use Go. Nice-to-have (not required) You've built a side project that you actually shipped, not just started You've worked with LLM APIs in production (not "I made a chatbot in a tutorial") You care about UX - not as a designer, but as someone who notices when something feels wrong What we offer 13 000 – 18 000 PLN netto + VAT, B2B Remote-friendly, Poland-based A small team that ships and doesn't waste your time Direct work with the founders - no Jira theater, no three-round groomings, no PM filtering your ideas Modern AI tooling fully paid for (Claude Max, Cursor, Codex, whatever helps you work better) Real ownership of the frontend layer of a product people use every day How the process works 1. You send us stuff recruitment@agentx.so Your CV — yes, we read them One thing you built end-to-end you're proud of — and what you'd change about it today One AI product (yours or someone else's) you think is genuinely good, and why Your take: a client says our agent is "mostly right but wrong in ways that scare them." What do you do first? 2. We reply within 2-3 days — either "let's talk" or "not this time, here's why." No black hole. 3. We meet — 30-45 min call with the founder. We talk about your work, you ask us hard questions. If the chemistry isn't there, no hard feelings. 4. Problem-solving session (top 2-3 candidates) — we give you a real problem we're working on. You come back with how you'd approach it: your thinking, your trade-offs, your questions. We're not watching over your shoulder. We want to see how you think. 5. Decision within 2-3 days. If yes — you start when you're ready. Tomorrow, next week, after notice period. Your call.
