Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on performance validation and quality assurance of enterprise-grade applications. The project involves ensuring system stability, scalability, and responsiveness of mission-critical financial platforms built on the PEGA framework, serving thousands of concurrent users across global operations.
Responsibilities you'll have
Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE)
Create and enhance TrueClient and HTTP/HTML scripts for web-based and PEGA platform applications
Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across all project phases
Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide actionable tuning recommendations to development and infrastructure teams
Perform API and Microservices performance testing, including service virtualization where required
Prepare comprehensive test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and performance reports for stakeholders
Expected competences and knowledge
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing in complex IT environments
Strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) – script creation, scenario configuration, and results analysis
Proficiency in TrueClient scripting and HTTP/HTML protocol scripting within LRE
Solid understanding of API and Microservices architecture and related testing strategies
Proven experience in performance testing of PEGA platform applications
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions
