Responsibilities: Developing, maintaining, and enhancing backend services and APIs using .NET. Configuring and supporting authentication and authorization flows using Auth0 and Okta. Maintaining Auth0 applications, APIs, connections, roles, permissions, rules, actions, and identity-provider integrations. Developing and supporting customer- and agent-facing functionality built with OutSystems. Configuring and maintaining API routing and policies in Azure API Management. Integrating portal applications with internal core systems and external services. Troubleshooting authentication, integration, API, and application issues across the technology stack. Collaborating with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participating in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
