For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior Test Engineer – Platform Testing (Smart Home).

Your duties will include: 

  • Platform testing in a Smart Home environment (system testing)

  • Validation of integrated platform components

  • Design, development, and maintenance of automated tests

  • Expansion and optimization of the test environment

  • Deriving and creating test cases based on requirements

  • Close collaboration with development and platform teams

Requirements that must be met:

  • Strong experience with Python and test automation

  • Hands-on experience in system testing

  • Background in embedded systems

  • Knowledge of REST / APIs

  • Experience with HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing

  • Familiarity with GitLab

  • Ability to analyze requirements and derive test cases

  • Willingness to travel to the client’s site in Germany

  • Very good German, English and Polish

Build and maintain API- and service-level automated tests (REST/SOAP), incorporating schema, contract, and interface validations where needed.
