Your Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of testing processes within the product or delivery team

  • Lead and support testers in implementing and continuously improving testing standards and practices

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, risk management, and delivery

  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide clear, regular progress updates

  • English proficiency at B2+ level, enabling effective collaboration in international teams

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites

Key Responsibilities Contribute to UI automation (Playwright/Robot Framework) and guide junior team members in QA best practices. Perform exploratory, functional, integration, and regression testing on web and backend systems. Design and maintain detailed manual test cases and scenarios. Identify, track, and report bugs using JIRA. Review requirements early to identify gaps and provide quality assessments for releases. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Python scripting. Understanding of microservices, Kafka, event-driven systems, and high-availability architectures. Strong background in Robot Framework or Playwright for UI testing.
