Responsibilities Creating non-functional testing strategies and test plans based on risk analysis Designing and executing performance, reliability, and resilience tests Analyzing test results and identifying performance issues Collaborating with technology teams to resolve issues Reviewing and optimizing test cases and test scripts Prioritizing and coordinating the defect resolution process Integrating non-functional testing into CI/CD pipelines Preparing reports and presenting results to stakeholders Collaborating with distributed teams and external vendors Participating in projects delivered in the SAFe methodology Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in software testing Minimum 5 years of experience in non-functional testing (performance, reliability) Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling) Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git, Subversion) Ability to work with SQL and analyze reports (e.g., AWR) Experience with Jira (QTest is a plus) Knowledge of technologies: XML, SOAP, JSON Nice to have: experience with Linux/Unix, cloud environments, and mainframe systems Very good command of English Nice to have Experience in the banking sector or payment systems Development experience Experience in defining and implementing testing processes Soft skills Ability to work in a complex, multi-team environment Proactivity and independence Strong communication skills Ability to plan work and prioritize tasks Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement approach What we offer Participation in a large-scale, technologically advanced project Work in an environment based on SAFe and CI/CD Real impact on the quality of critical systems Work in an international and distributed team High level of autonomy and influence on decision-making
