Senior IT Tester

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

 Responsibilities:

Ensuring that the following activities are conducted in an efficient and well documented way, he/she will be working according to latest version of internal Testing Standards:

Continuous test of newly created functions
Keeping test cases in good shape and aligned with good practices/standards
Taking care of Daily Test Runs (both running & results review)
Updating list of Test Cases (repo and test management tool)
Planning & Executing regression tests for each release
Supporting team by early discover and sharing information about Defects & issues. 
Defects reporting (including handling and verifying) 
Recommending appropriate actions for team for test executions
Identifying more scenarios to be tested or extending existing.

E2E testing of applications and surronding eco-systems

 Must-have knowledge and experience

· 3 senior (10+ years of exp) - strong testing experience (preferably PEGA and API testing) with Mortgages domain background
. Tester mindset (attention to details/quality/problems)
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Proactive person & skills
· Experience in modern testing standards – nice to have ISTQB Foundation Level cert
· Manual Testing skills (Functional , System & Integration, API and PEGA)
. E2E testing experience
· Ability to working with international, cross-country environment
· Have good communication skills with good English
· Willingness to learn and understanding new tools and processes
· More than 10+ years’ of experience in Software Testing
· Working experience in Pega and REST API testing
· General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level.
· Experienced in test management tools (qTest or similar i.e Xray/HP ALM)
· Experienced in defining, executing and reporting tests for complex software systems
. Working in Agile Teams & Jira/Confluence practical experience

 Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

· Preferably knowledge of automated API testing tools (e.g., Postman collections, REST Assured, Cypress, or similar).
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience testing microservices-based architectures.
· System Testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile)
