We are looking for a Team Leader who will lead the Android Platform team - someone who combines strong technical competencies in the Android area with experience in team management and building a community (guild) of Android developers.

Requirements

  • Solid experience (background) as an Android developer,

  • Several years of experience in the role of Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Architect,

  • Experience in formally managing a team as a manager,

  • Practical experience in building and developing Android applications using Native Kotlin,

  • Deep knowledge of: modular architecture, Clean Architecture, and MVI/MVVM,

  • Practical application of the reactive approach: Coroutines/Flow,

  • Experience in building UI using Jetpack Compose,

  • Knowledge of scalability, performance, and reliability of mobile applications,

  • Participation in end-to-end projects, from architecture design to production deployment (Google Play, CI/CD),

  • Experience working with remote teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in building an internal Android developer community and initiating and running an Android Guild,

  • Experience with backend architecture and APIs (e.g., REST, gRPC),

  • Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG) in mobile applications,
