Location: Wrocław (4 days per week at the office) 

Start Date: July 2026 (6-month program, full-time) 

What You'll learn with us 

This is more than a junior role - it’s a 6-month structured Graduate Program designed to give you real skills and experience in IT. Under the guidance of experienced developers, you will learn how to: 

  • Build backend applications for modern web and e-commerce platforms (.NET, Java, Typescript or Node.js)  

  • Design and develop REST APIs and handle server-client communication  

  • Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and understand data modelling basics  

  • Build secure, scalable, and performant backend solutions  

  • Develop AI-enabled features and use AI tools to improve development workflow  

  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, product managers, and AI specialists 

  • Gain practical knowledge of cloud platforms, deployments, and environments 

What we’re looking for 

  • Solid understanding of backend development fundamentals, regardless of formal education background. 

  • Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and good engineering practices  

  • General knowledge of backend technologies, with hands-on experience or learning exposure to at least one of the following ecosystems: .NET, Java or Node.js 

  • Openness to working with various backend technologies and readiness to quickly learn and adapt to new languages, frameworks, and tools based on project and team needs. 

  • Understanding of API design and server-client communication (REST). 

  • Basic knowledge of SQL databases (e.g. relational concepts, queries, transactions) and NoSQL databases (e.g. document or key-value stores, use cases) 

  • Familiarity with Git 

  • Basic awareness of cloud concepts, such as deployments, environments, configuration, and scalability. 

  • Ability to use AI tools to support backend development (e.g. code generation, refactoring, debugging, log analysis). 

  • Engineering mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Very good English communication skills (at least B2 level). 

  • Curiosity, passion for technology, and a strong motivation for continuous learning.
