Lokalizacja: Gdańsk Model pracy: Hybryda (częstotliwość pracy w biurze do ustalenia) Forma zatrudnienia: B2B lub umowa o pracę Wynagrodzenie: B2B: 170 - 190 PLN/h + VAT || UoP: 20.500 - 23.200 PLN brutto Zakres obowiązków: rozwój i współtworzenie systemów w architekturze mikroserwisowej, rozwój backendu - szukamy aktualnie osób specjalizujących się głównie w tym obszarze, projektowanie i implementacja nowych funkcjonalności w obszarze identity & security, udział w projektowaniu architektury systemu oraz podejmowaniu decyzji technicznych, praca nad skalowalnością, wydajnością oraz niezawodnością systemu, integracja pomiędzy różnymi komponentami platformy ( m.in . authentication, risk, identity flows), świadome wykorzystywanie narzędzi AI w codziennej pracy, udział w code review, dbanie o jakość kodu oraz standardy wytwarzania oprogramowania, praca w środowisku międzynarodowym (język angielski na co dzień). Oczekiwania: min. 5 lat doświadczenia komercyjnego jako Fullstack / Backend Developer, praktyczne doświadczenie z Node.js (mile widziany NestJS), bardzo dobra znajomość JavaScript, TypeScript, React, doświadczenie w pracy z architekturą mikroserwisową, praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami AI (np. Claude, Cursor, Juni lub podobne), umiejętność świadomego wykorzystywania AI w codziennej pracy, doświadczenie z bazami danych (SQL i/lub NoSQL), znajomość HTTP, REST API oraz nowoczesnych wzorców komunikacji, wiedza z obszaru testowania aplikacji (frontend i/lub backend), rozumienie działania implementowanych rozwiązań oraz ich konsekwencji architektonicznych, bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2+), płynna znajomość języka polskiego (min. C1), umiejętność samodzielnej pracy i branie odpowiedzialności za tworzony produkt, nastawienie na bycie częścią zespołu i otwartość na feedback. Mile widziane: doświadczenie w obszarze security / identity, znajomość OpenID, OAuth, SAML lub podobnych standardów, znajomość chmury (AWS / GCP) oraz narzędzi CI/CD.
