About the Team

At our core, we build complex, large-scale distributed systems that orchestrate the end-to-end real estate transaction lifecycle for customers. As an engineer on this team, you’ll work on impactful products and help shape our foundational cloud computing platform that’s transforming the real estate industry.

We’re looking for a driven Software Engineer who has solid technical depth and hands-on experience with modern tools and practices. We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 4+ years of commercial experience as a Software Development Engineer

  • 4+ years of programming experience with at least one modern programing languages (Go, Python, Ruby, Python, C/C++)

  • 1+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of new and concurrent, low latency systems (including Kafka and ML pipelines)

  • Experience with Databases (PostgreSQL, MySql), DataStores (ElasticSearch, Redis)

  • Solid understanding of app performance, monitoring, and optimization

  • Experience with tooling and building pipelines on modern CI platforms is a plus

  • Experience working with public cloud providers ( AWS / GCP) is a plus

  • Solid Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design
