We are currently working with a French company which is a leader in security and infrastructure solutions for cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications. It has a team of more than 400 professionals developing a variety of products and services to safeguard cryptocurrency assets, including worldwide leading hardware wallets.

 

In this role you will help develop and evolve Ledger Live, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms, while continuously growing, challenging yourself, and shaping the future of digital asset security

 

Your daily responsibilities

  • Work within the Ledger Blockchain Integration Team to enhance and expand Ledger Live’s blockchain integration coverage

  • Apply expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript to solve complex technical problems and ensure smooth, reliable blockchain integrations for end users

  • Utilize modern JavaScript practices, state management, asynchronous handling, and API/library management to improve integration workflows

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize blockchain integration architecture

  • Implement functional programming approaches to maintain a clean, side-effect-limited codebase

  • Contribute to scaling and improving testing strategies to ensure high-quality, reliable integrations

We need you to have

  • A passion for coding and deep interest in the TypeScript ecosystem

  • A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

  • Familiarity with Web3 integration libraries such as Ethers.js

  • Basic understanding of blockchain architecture

  • Interest in or initial experience with functional programming (in JavaScript or any FP language)

  • Curiosity about decentralized systems and emerging blockchain technologies

  • Professional fluency in English

Would be great if you have

  • Experience with React and modern frontend development

  • Experience developing DApps or Web3 wallet software
