In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, scaling, and maintaining our enterprise-grade financial SaaS platform. While you will work across the full stack, your core strength and primary focus will be on building robust, high-performance backend systems using Java and modern enterprise frameworks. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: 6+ years of proven professional experience building robust B2B SaaS platforms or large-scale enterprise systems. Experience in the financial technology (FinTech) sector or building financial-grade systems is a strong plus. Core Backend Stack (Must-Have): Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Axon Framework, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Apache Kafka. Testing Requirement (Must-Have): Proficiency in Groovy. Backend test coverage via Groovy is a mandatory part of the development process. Frontend Stack (Must-Have): Solid experience with Angular and TypeScript for building modern web applications. Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and analysis via SonarQube. Containerize applications using Docker and Docker Compose, and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines within the Azure Cloud ecosystem. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define OpenAPI/Swagger specifications and integrate third-party services like SendGrid.

The role: Become part of Platform Engineering team and enable engineering teams to deliver software quickly and reliably, living our “you build it, you run it” approach. We are responsible for internal core infrastructure products, like our centralized Kubernetes cluster and managed CI/CD solutions, used across 30+ teams. Topics like scalability, resilience, observability, and resource optimization are part of our daily conversations. Lead and execute infrastructure migration projects: Migration from Akamai to AWS; Migration from New Relic to Grafana; Migration from Terraform to AWS CDK (Infrastructure as Code). Resolve platform security tickets and ensure high standards of infrastructure protection. Build clear execution plans, align with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, and share updates promptly.
