We’re building a new pod in Krakow, consisting of a Tech lead, Senior Engineer and 5x mid-level engineers. You’ll shape microservice architecture, ship production‑ready code at pace, and elevate engineering culture through leadership and example.

What you’ll do

Build and deliver high‑quality backend services in a modern microservice environment.
Lead by example—pushing frequent, reliable releases and raising engineering standards.
Work closely with business and engineering leadership to translate requirements into clean, scalable solutions.
Drive architecture discussions, propose improvements, and solve complex delivery challenges.
Collaborate across regions, unblock teams, highlight risks, and streamline processes.

What you’ll bring

Deep experience designing, developing, and deploying backend systems.
Strong background in microservices, CI/CD, API design, and PostgreSQL.
Proven ability to lead teams delivering at high cadence.
