100% remote work within Poland

Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and maintaining backend solutions using Java within a Guidewire environment
Working with Gosu to implement business logic and system customizations
Ensuring code quality and compliance with Guidewire and client development standards
Contributing to solution design and technical discussions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international insurance environment

Requirements:

Strong experience in Java development (senior level)
Practical experience with Guidewire and/or Gosu
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and standards-compliant code
Understanding of enterprise application architecture and backend best practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
Very good command of English, both spoken and written
