At TeaCode, we’re expanding our network of trusted freelance developers for upcoming fixed-term, project-based collaborations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next, Node, Nest)
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following industry best practices
• Collaborate with designers, developers to implement new features and improve existing functionalities
• Deliver high-quality code within project timelines and communicate clearly with project stakeholders and external clients
• Identify and fix bugs, optimize application performance, and ensure high reliability and scalability

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of commercial experience in software development
• Have an extensive knowledge as well as commercial experience in Typescript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Knowledge of English at min. B2+ level and fluent Polish (C1 or native)
• Technical university degree within IT field 
• Self motivation, willingness to learn new things and positive attitude to change
• Good communication and teamwork skills are a must 
• Experience in React Native would be an asset
