About the Client

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (with SAP BTP) who will join a project for our client operating in the pharmaceutical domain. The project focuses on building a mission-critical, compliant temperature monitoring solution supporting the transport and storage of temperature-sensitive pharma products.

 

What you will do

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript

· Build and expose RESTful APIs using modern frameworks such as Express.js and SAP CAP Model

· Develop cloud-native applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (Cloud Foundry / Kyma)

· Integrate backend services with SAP HANA Cloud, IoT components, and security mechanisms

· Ensure compliance with pharma regulations (GAMP, FDA/EMA guidelines) and end-to-end system integrity

 

What we are looking for

· Strong experience in backend development with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript

· Hands-on expertise with SAP BTP, including CAP Model, Cloud Foundry or Kyma, and HANA Cloud

· Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architectures, and backend security

· Experience working in regulated or mission-critical environments (pharma, healthcare, IoT – nice to have)

· Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across backend, frontend, IoT, and QA teams
