ServiceNow Data Engineer

We are now looking for ServiceNow Data Engineer to work with one of our clients.

Knowledge:

• Deep knowledge of CMDB Health Dashboard structure and Data Certification Campaigns

• ServiceNow Data Manager lifecycle rules and policy enforcement

• CSDM-aligned CMDB data model and standard relationship taxonomy

• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Business Rules for automation

• Understanding of CI attribute completeness, data ownership, and class compliance metrics

• Reporting and visualization using Performance Analytics and Power BI

• Fluent English

Technical Skills:

• Configure and extend CMDB Health Rules (Completeness, Compliance, Correctness)

• Develop Flow Designer or Script Include automations for CI validation, cleanup, and lifecycle transitions

• Write Scheduled Jobs and Business Rules for automated data checks and correction of stale or invalid CIs

• Implement and maintain Data Manager Policies for CI lifecycle control (create/update/retire)

• Build scripts in GlideScript / JavaScript to validate attribute population and ownership fields

• Create Certification Campaigns for periodic CI validation by data owners

• Correlate and analyze CMDB Health data, generate compliance metrics and trend reports

• Integrate CMDB quality KPIs into Performance Analytics dashboards or Power BI reports

• Support removal or archival of obsolete CIs based on lifecycle and discovery timestamp
