Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on Digital Wealth - Data & Analytics production operations, maintenance, continuous delivery, integration, and automation
Responsibilities you'll have
- Drive technical initiatives and support day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with Business, IT, and Suppliers to design reporting processes and products.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and stability of applications.
- Support troubleshooting, incident, and problem management.
- Improve monitoring and self-healing capabilities.
- Coordinate deployments and work closely with the extended operations team.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development.
- Participate in PI plannings and continuous customer experience improvements.
Expected competences and knowledge

- Ability to work under high volume and adapt to dynamic environments

- 2+ years in IT operations or system administration

- Experience with application monitoring, automation, and self-healing mechanisms
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration with developers and IT teams
Technologies you'll work with
- Experience with Hadoop, YARN, Sqoop, Hive, Spark
- Unix shell scripting
- Familiarity with Java, Docker, Containers (LXC)
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Kafka, Snowflake, Cloud environments
- Monitoring tools: Splunk, Grafana or similar
- Tools like Confluence, Jira, Helix
- CI/CD tools (nice to have)
- SQL queries (nice to have)
