Experience in delivering web applications in a comprehensive way - taking care of databases, code quality and coding best practices, and testing.
Responsibilities
Craft and refine advanced SQL queries to support reliable storage and fast access to data
Follow best engineering practices, such as automated testing, clean and maintainable code, and thoughtful design choices
Contribute to architectural discussions and work closely with peers to influence technical direction
Guarantee data reliability, availability, and high performance throughout the system
Requirements
Deep knowledge of SQL with hands-on experience in relational database systems (PostgreSQL is especially valued)
Demonstrated ability to deliver robust, production-level solutions and make sound engineering decisions
Openness to working in Golang and Java; experience in Golang, Java or other programming languages is advantageous
A structured, analytical approach with focus on building sustainable and high-quality solutions
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
Nice to Have
Background in handling performance optimization and working with sizable datasets
Understanding of database architecture and data modeling concepts
