Technical Leader with Angular

We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead who will take ownership of technical direction, solution design, and engineering excellence within our global product team. In this role, you will lead a group of developers, shape frontend architecture, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and modern web applications. If you’re a hands-on expert in Angular with strong leadership capabilities, this is the perfect opportunity to make a strategic impact.

Your tasks

Lead frontend architecture, technical direction, and development standards
Drive Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS best practices, including component-driven and state-managed development
Ensure accessible, performant UI following HTML, CSS/SCSS, and WCAG principles
Oversee integration with REST and GraphQL APIs using PrimeNg and Apollo Angular
Enforce code quality through reviews, testing strategy, and Definition of Done
Collaborate on cloud deployments (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines with DevOps teams
Mentor developers, support decision-making, and foster a high-performance engineering culture

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
Strong knowledge of RxJS, state management, and responsive UI design
Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience with PrimeNg, Apollo Angular, and REST/GraphQL integrations
Familiarity with unit and E2E testing frameworks and quality-driven development
Understanding of Azure deployments, pipelines, and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Terraform, PowerShell)
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
Fluency in English
Residing in Poland required
