Mid/Senior Web3 Developer

BlockyDevs (part of Silk Software House Group) builds next-generation blockchain and Web3 solutions, from DeFi protocols to RWA tokenization.

Your Role

As a Web3 Developer, you’ll design, develop, and maintain smart contracts and backend services supporting decentralized applications.

Responsibilities

• Write secure smart contracts for *EVM (Solidity)& SVM (Rust)

• Build backend integrations (Node.js, NestJS, or similar)

• Work closely with frontend and blockchain engineers on full-stack delivery

• Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment on testnet/mainnet

  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in smart contract development (EVM – Solidity or SVM – Rust)

• 5+ years of backend development (Node.js/NestJS or Java Spring), including production systems

• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture (tokens, consensus, gas models, wallets, security patterns)

• Experience designing and maintaining production-ready on-chain/off-chain integrations

• Ability to review code, ensure best practices, and provide technical guidance

• English at least B2 level

• Ability to work 100% onsite from our office near Metro Plac Wilsona, Warsaw

Nice-to-have

• ZK proofs, cross-chain integrations

• Security audit experience

Rates (B2B/Freelance)

• Mid: 90 - 130 PLN/h

• Senior: 120 - 180 PLN/h
