Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design.
Experience in transistor-level schematic design, layout, simulation, and verification.
Experience with device physics and manufacturing processes.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering or a related field.
Experience in Python or SystemVerilog for scripting, data analysis, functional modeling, and exploring system-level tradeoffs.
Experience releasing high volume, high performance analog and mixed-signal products into a production environment.
Experience with laboratory characterization, chip debugging, and silicon manufacturing test.
Ability to work cross-functionally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally to define, develop, and productize differentiated application specific integrated circuits.
Own the specification, architecture, design, simulation, and production planning for new mixed-signal circuits and features.
Oversee silicon system integration, verification, characterization, and qualification for internally built integrated circuits.
Oversee physical design and guide mask designers to create high quality layout.
