Technical Solutions Consultant, Artificial Intelligence, Public Sector

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions.
  
• 5 years of experience with product/solution development with a focus on product capabilities, features, benefits, users, and support needs.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
• Experience as an architect or software development engineer in cloud computing in a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in AI/ML engineering from business use case to algorithm selection, training, tuning, inference, and training pipeline design and build.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional experts to understand and apply the latest techniques to solve business problems.
• Experience in systems design with ability to architect and explain product features, capabilities, system architecture, data analytics pipelines and data flows.
• Experience in building software products or complex technical solutions and designing and implementing large-scale systems through the full life-cycle of the project.
• Ability to attain secret or higher security clearance.

In this role, you will work on developing reusable solutions by integrating one or more Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and technologies to solve a recurring business problem in a differentiated, repeatable manner that accelerates time-to-value and reduces risk for customers. You will help develop repeatable assets that reduce implementation friction, and increase maintainability for critical customer problems and use cases, you will help customers too transform their businesses using GCP AI/ML stack and related technologies. You will help customers to develop, deploy, and manage custom solutions in production using Google Cloud technologies.

You will also work with key Google partners and customers to scope engagements, provide solution implementation services, and provide technical guidance and best practice expertise.

Responsibilities

• Propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of cloud based machine learning solutions according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
  
• Oversee cross-functional teams, including Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, and sub-contractors, to develop deployable code, machine learning models, prescriptive architecture guidance, and implementation guides.
• Cultivate trusted technical and business partnerships with customers and partners to identify, curate, and resolve recurring mission use cases using GCP services.
• Lead collaboration with internal specialists, partners, Go-to-Market teams, product and engineering teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies and published assets.
• Help customers and partners develop, deploy, and manage custom solutions using Google Cloud technologies. Take ownership of Solution requirements, ensure alignment with Go-to-Market Strategy, and co-lead Solution design, roadmap, and goals.
