Description

We are seeking a leader for the Quality Engineering organization for Commerce & Pricing. This role will oversee a team of 15 full time employees responsible for qualifying server APIs powering our media services to user interfaces that deliver the best services to our customers. We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of developing people, processes, and teams. You should have a history of driving quality through tools, systems, and automation, and possess a strong background in software development. Additionally, you are a team player who is eager to collaborate and build partnerships with other quality and engineering organizations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years experience leading quality teams.
  • Experience testing server-side systems.
  • Experience planning and leading software release cycles.
  • Experience of improving quality through process and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Experience establishing a culture that continuously strives towards best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
