Description

You will develop and maintain high-performance React Native applications, working closely with Mendix low-code capabilities to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. The role focuses on performance, scalability, and UI/UX quality while you collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. You will take ownership of frontend areas and proactively improve maintainability, usability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React Native apps with emphasis on performance and scalability
• Collaborate with Mendix low-code platforms to build enterprise solutions integrating with modern frontend architectures
• Drive UI/UX innovation for intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Work with cross-functional European teams in an agile process (planning, development, continuous delivery)
• Identify and implement optimizations to performance, usability, and maintainability

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with React Native
• Proven experience with Mendix (preferably enterprise projects)
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, and UI/UX best practices
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, agile teams
• Location requirement: Europe-based, Poland or Romania only
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
