Description

Join a team to enhance a robust data pipeline powering a SaaS product, ensuring contextualization, validation, and ingestion of customer data. You will collaborate with product teams to unlock new user experiences through data insights and work with domain experts to build data quality solutions. You will also identify opportunities to develop self-service tools that streamline data onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Python/PySpark

• Collaborate with an international team to develop scalable data solutions

• Perform in-depth analysis and debugging of system bugs (Tier 2)

• Develop and maintain smart documentation (checklists and workflows)

• Set up and configure new tenants for onboarding

• Write unit and integration tests for data services

• Use GitLab for code management and CI/CD

• Utilize Databricks for data processing and management

• Work in Azure cloud

Requirements

• 1–2 years as a data/software engineer (or relevant field)

• Strong Python experience for data pipeline development and troubleshooting

• Ability to work with large codebases using an IDE and Git

• Structured approach to data insights and diagnostic skills for data issues

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure

• Knowledge of Databricks and Snowflake (or similar platforms)

• Knowledge of relational databases and working experience with SQL

• Experience creating and maintaining structured documentation

• Proficiency using pytest for testing

• Experience with Git and GitLab (or equivalent)

• English and Polish proficiency (B2+)

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Spark/PySpark (Big Data)

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Ability to travel abroad 1–2 times per year for on-site team building (Oslo, Norway)
