Description

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for banking use cases such as intelligent document processing, fraud detection, and predictive analytics. Apply generative AI and natural language processing to improve customer-facing services, integrating models into scalable production systems and continuously improving performance. Ensure solutions meet data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, while partnering with DevOps to optimize MLOps and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models tailored for banking use cases
• Translate business requirements into AI solutions with business analysts and stakeholders
• Integrate AI models into reliable, scalable production systems
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance
• Use structured and unstructured financial data to derive predictive insights
• Apply generative AI and NLP to enhance customer-facing services
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards
• Document processes, models, and frameworks for transparency and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize MLOps and deployment pipelines
• Track emerging AI technologies and identify innovative financial-sector applications

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Proven production experience building, training, and deploying ML models
• Familiarity with NLP techniques and large language models (LLMs)
• Experience with cloud-based AI environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• MLOps knowledge and tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow
• SQL knowledge and ability to work with large datasets
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain models to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Polish
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union
