Description

Design and implement production-grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within an Azure environment. The work includes LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks. You will collaborate with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable AI services.

Role Responsibilities

• Prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool calling

• Build evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and automated quality testing for LLM solutions

• Design and implement agent orchestration and AI workflows

• Develop backend/API components and integrate with enterprise systems

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI and AI agents

• Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions

• Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments

• Understanding of AI security, observability, and production reliability

• Ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute to technical decisions

• English fluency (at least B2)

Benefits

Hourly rate: 150–190 PLN net + VAT on a B2B basis, depending on skills and experience.
