Description

Work on a long-term project that builds a vehicle leasing platform where the Calculator engine powers offers, simulations, and quotations across multiple countries with country- and partner-specific business rules.

You will design and maintain engine features, implement business logic, and develop clean REST APIs, backed by reliable data modeling and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features within the Calculator engine

• Model data structures to ensure consistency, scalability, and ease of extension

• Implement business logic for offers and quotations, including country-specific and partner-specific variations

• Design and develop clean REST APIs to enable integration with other applications

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality

• Contribute to effort estimations, sprint planning, and technical discussions

• Collaborate with the team to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in PHP development

• Solid experience developing applications with complex business logic

• Practical experience with a modern PHP framework (e.g., Symfony)

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases

• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs

• Understanding of data modeling and application architecture

• Experience with unit and integration testing

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and development processes

• Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience in vehicle leasing or financial services

• Experience developing calculation engines or simulation-based solutions

• Knowledge of business process modeling and complex quotation systems
