Description

Support a strategic migration project from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo and implement the platform across multiple international markets. Transfer and adapt existing marketing automation processes, customer data structures, automations, and campaigns, while designing segmentation and optimizing automated marketing communication flows. Ensure migration correctness and go-live readiness through testing and data mapping, in collaboration with international marketing, technology, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration process from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo

• Migrate and adapt marketing processes, customer data structures, automations, and campaigns

• Plan and coordinate Klaviyo implementation across multiple international markets and business units

• Design and implement customer segmentation strategy and target group logic

• Design and optimize marketing automation flows (automated communication scenarios)

• Support centralization of customer data and marketing performance data

• Prepare data mapping and oversee Klaviyo integrations, especially with Shopify

• Run tests, verify migration accuracy, and prepare environments for production go-live

• Collaborate with international marketing, technology, and business teams

• Ensure CRM and customer-experience process consistency across all rollout markets

Requirements

• Documented experience delivering migrations to Klaviyo (preferred: directly from Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

• Very strong practical knowledge of Klaviyo

• Experience integrating Klaviyo with Shopify

• Experience in international implementation projects (multi-market rollout)

• Experience with data mapping, system integrations, and testing

• Ability to independently lead complex projects and resolve issues

• Very good English (required for day-to-day international collaboration)

• Willingness/ability to work fully remotely

• Location in the European Union
