Description

We are looking for an iOS Developer to provide a key push for the growth of an app used every day by millions of consumers. The role blends delivering new features with refactoring and maintaining mature, reliable code. You will turn business requirements and research insights into efficient app performance as the user base keeps growing.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop the group’s flagship application
• Design readable, scalable code with unit tests
• Participate in planning new solutions: feasibility analysis, architecture, tool selection, and resource estimation
• Run modernization work (e.g., database performance improvements, migrating libraries to SPM)
• Conduct code reviews
• Collaborate closely with PM, QA, and Design in a lean model
• Proactively solve current problems
• Engage AI tools to improve analysis, implementation, refactoring, and testing

Requirements

• Very strong knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS platform
• Practical, business-level experience developing large, multi-module iOS applications
• Proven understanding of MVVM/ViewModel, Coordinator, Repository, Mapper and Domain/Data/UI layering
• Experience extracting and modularizing code from a legacy monolith
• Experience with Core Data, Realm, or SwiftData
• Strong knowledge of Grand Central Dispatch and Modern Swift Concurrency (async/await)
• Comfort with REST communication and caching
• Ability to manage dependencies via SPM and CocoaPods and support end-to-end iOS CI/CD activities
• Ability to diagnose performance, memory, and view lifecycle issues
• Experience with feature flags and rollout of changes without interrupting product development
• Polish language proficiency at a very good level
• English proficiency sufficient to work with technical documentation
• Experience in code review and architecture decisions considering migration cost and regression risk
• Strong capability to use AI agents for quick PoCs/prototyping, code generation, and test writing with attention to safety
• Willingness to co-create rules and tooling that improve AI agent effectiveness across the team
